Ragi Upma:
- Instructions: Dry roast Ragi Rava until lightly toasted. Sauté mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped onions, and mixed vegetables in oil. Add water and bring it to a boil. Stir in the toasted Ragi Rava, reduce the heat, and cook until it thickens. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
